Shipping Your Package
Packages are usually shipped within 2 days of receiving payment. They are shipped via Bpost with a tracking number and delivered without a signature. Packages can also be shipped via Bpost extra and delivered with a signature. Please contact us before choosing this delivery method, as it incurs additional fees. Regardless of the delivery method chosen, we will send you a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include preparation and packaging fees as well as postage fees. Preparation fees are fixed, while transportation fees vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend grouping all of your items into one order. We cannot group two separate orders and shipping fees apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.
The box dimensions are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
